As a Corporate Advisory Manager / Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of consultants and analysts, manage complex engagements, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities :

• Leading and mentoring a team across multiple advisory engagements.
• Managing workflow and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Advising on valuations, due diligence, IPOs, M&A, and financial modelling.
• Preparing independent expert reports and purchase price allocations.
• Supporting capital raising, private equity transactions, and strategic reviews.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with experience in professional services, including corporate advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering values
