This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Admin Assistant to join a newly established entity, supporting the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board during a critical phase of growth and development. In this role you will play a dual role-providing high-level support to the CEO and executive team, while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating strategic initiatives, supporting governance processes, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
About the Role:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents.
- Support strategic planning and initiatives, coordinating efforts and tracking progress.
- Lead improvements in administrative systems and processes to enhance performance.
- Oversee office operations including equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate with finance to manage office budgets, expenses, and invoicing.
- Facilitate Board operations including meeting logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives and/or Boards in a confidential and professional capacity.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in office management and budget coordination.
- High level of discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence.
