About the Role

This is a hands‑on Financial Accountant role supporting senior finance leadership with essential reporting, compliance and financial control responsibilities.
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate monthly management accounts and maintaining data integrity.
  • Leading key month‑end activities including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining reliable balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit readiness.
  • Assisting with group consolidations and statutory financial reporting.
  • Supporting tax compliance across Income Tax, FBT, Payroll Tax and Superannuation.
  • Managing fixed asset and right‑of‑use asset registers.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified or nearing completion
  • 2-3 years’ experienced in a similar role
  • Strong technical capability with high personal standards of accuracy
  • Confident managing month‑end, reporting and statutory requirements
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Netsuite or strong ERP exposure advantageous but not required
