As part of their finance transformation journey, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly support the smooth operation of payroll across a diverse and mobile workforce.

About the Role:

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large, multi-site workforce using ADP or similar systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and improve processes
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and month-end activities
• Support system upgrades and automation initiatives

About You:

• 4+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of ADP, SAP, or similar payroll systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in logistics, transport, or industrial sectors is advantageous
