ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Mane Consulting is representing an NSW government organisation in their search for a Training & Development Consultant to join their growing team in Sydney on an initial 5-6 month, daily-rate contract basis. The organisation require somebody who is experienced in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with expertise in workforce planning & building capability frameworks to support the delivery of a major government project.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Training & Development Consultant – NSW Gov – 6 Month Contract, you will conduct an organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps & increase readiness across the organisation’s operational workforce. Working closely with a range of senior-level stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in redefining the program’s capability frameworks, training structures and workforce development processes.

ABOUT YOU

The be successful in the Training & Development Consultant – NSW Gov – 6 Month Contract role you should have:

• Extensive experiencing in Conducting organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Expert level knowledge of Capability Frameworks & their implementation within government or highly regulated environments
• The ability to assess and suggest improvements to training record keeping systems, workflows & data integrity practices
• A diverse professional background in learning design and training strategy
• Effective Stakeholder & Project Management skills and the ability to implement real change in diverse, fast-paced environments
