The finance function plays a critical role in supporting leadership with meaningful insights, robust forecasting, and clear performance reporting. As part of continued growth and investment in financial capability, the organisation is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the team and support key budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities.

About the Role:

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will support the FP&A function across reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

  • You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational leaders to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
  • Supporting month‑end reporting, including revenue analysis and P&L commentary.
  • Providing ad‑hoc financial analysis and decision support to finance leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
  • Supporting revenue owners and department leaders with financial insights.
  • Analysing trends, variances, and performance drivers to support business decisions
  • Working with planning and reporting systems to maintain accurate and reliable data

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you are analytically minded, detail‑oriented, and eager to build your FP&A capability in a collaborative environment.

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • CA/CPA (or working towards) preferred
  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with EPM or planning systems (Oracle ideal but not essential)
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and core accounting principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with non‑finance stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
