Your focus will be on facilitating strategic initiatives to optimise and enhance end-to-end business processes. Specialise in assisting customers seeking to install equipment on towers for wireless networks, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client portfolio as part of the wireless colocation team, facilitating strategic initiatives to optimise and enhance end-to-end business processes. Specialise in assisting customers seeking to install equipment on towers for wireless networks, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Contribute to innovative product development and explore industry partnerships.
  • Establish and negotiate technically balanced solutions that meet commercial and customer requirements.
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets and collaborate on bespoke engineering solutions.
  • Manage contract renewals and Salesforce data accuracy.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally, tertiary qualifications in Telecommunications or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven success as a Sales Account Manager.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Understanding of commercial practices and revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
