Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ready to make a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in delivering excellent support to the public for ambulance service fees and charges.

Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for inquiries related to ambulance services, you will play a crucial role in assisting members of the public during their times of need. This position involves responding to a range of customer inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer queries related to ambulance fees and charges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling stressful and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Input and manage data in the Ambulance Patient Health Care Records System with high accuracy.
  • Utilize a variety of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems, including basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Use your initiative to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving situations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven commitment to high-level customer service and managing challenging situations effectively.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferable but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
