Be part of a high-impact team leading the development of a modern, scalable business intelligence platform that drives strategic finance and performance outcomes. This role plays a critical part of a Finance Team in shaping how data is structured, reported, and leveraged across the organisation-bringing insight, clarity, and operational efficiency to key decision-makers. With a strong focus on Power BI, financial data, and stakeholder collaboration, it offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-level reporting transformation from end to end.

Responsibilities;

• Lead end-to-end reporting solutions: From requirements gathering to user training, you’ll architect the future of financial and operational reporting using Power BI.
• Collaborate with impact: Partner closely with Finance, Performance teams to shape the BI landscape with smart, scalable data structures and models.
• Design the future: Analyse existing systems and data flows, identify gaps, and define the roadmap for streamlined, future-ready reporting.
• Champion user success: Develop user support materials, lead UAT, and ensure your solutions meet real business needs.

Ideally you will have;

• A data-savvy professional with a background in Finance.
• Demonstrated experience working in finance environments, with a strong understanding of financial data, performance metrics, and reporting processes relevant to budgeting, forecasting, and operational management. Must understand PnL, GL, Budgetting and Forecasting.
• Proven expertise in BI business analysis and Power BI development, including data modelling, ETL, and cloud environments.
• Confidence in engaging stakeholders, running workshops, documenting requirements, and driving user adoption.
• Extensive experience in business analysis for Business Intelligence and Analytics with in-depth knowledge of various user patterns and writing technical specifications.
• Business analysis experience: planning, preparing and conducting workshops / meetings with stakeholders / participants for business requirements gathering, process mapping etc.
