You will be responsible for;

• Define and execute a future-ready data strategy that aligns with business objectives and accelerates decision-making across the organization.
• Spearhead the evolution of the company’s data architecture with the latest cloud technologies, including GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Kubeflow) and AWS (RedShift).
• Build, mentor, and scale a data engineering team that thrives on technical excellence and high-impact delivery.
• Work closely with executive leadership to shape the company’s data vision and communicate its strategic value across business functions.

Ideally you will have;

• A proven track record of leading and scaling data engineering teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud data ecosystems (GCP preferred), SQL, Python, Airflow, DBT, and modern data architecture principles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data capabilities into commercial value.
• 10+ years in data leadership, with at least 3 years at a senior strategic level.
• A passion for fostering a data-driven culture and enabling high-quality, secure, and scalable data solutions.
