To support this trajectory, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to strengthen their financial framework and drive strategic decision-making.
This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing up to two remote workdays per week once settled.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial oversight, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. This position requires a hands-on professional who can lead financial operations while providing valuable insights to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and trend analysis
• Oversee corporate and management accounting functions, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring strong controls and efficient processes
• Supervise payroll operations, ensuring compliance with awards and minimising risk
• Ensure all tax and regulatory obligations (BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, FBT) are met
• Drive process improvements and automation within financial systems
• Communicate financial insights and strategies effectively to leadership and key stakeholders
• Foster collaboration and financial accountability across the business

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CA qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role, ideally within the industrial or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements that impact profitability
• Proficiency in MYOB and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong leadership ability, fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments
