About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Game Design Manager – Slots to lead a dynamic team and help to shape the future of land-based slot gaming. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, directly managing a team of Mathematicians and Game Designers across the full game design lifecycle, brining innovative new game design concepts to a range of international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an established game design team
• Utilise your expert market knowledge to deliver a portfolio of international slot games to market
• Work closely with the studio’s leadership team to ensure team is performing to the highest of standards
• Collaborate with internal Art and Engineering functions
• Utilize your mathematical skills to drive strategic and analytical aspects of game design.

About You

• Education: Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive experience in leading game design functions and managing teams across land-based and/or iGaming markets
• Skills: Proven track record in successfully brining land-based slot titles to international markets
• Traits: You are a natural leader, able to set and uphold high standards in fast-paced collaborative environments
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
