Based in Angeles City, Pampanga, as International Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in the company’s continued expansion within the Philippines, Taiwan and Korea, devising sales strategies and inspiring your team by leveraging your extensive knowledge of the Asian Gambling & Casino markets.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Director with demonstrable experience in building relationships within the casino and gaming space to drive company growth and implement a tangible sales strategy within a rapidly growing business. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Product and Marketing teams as well as senior stakeholders to maximise profit and identify new opportunities in the market, utilising your regulatory knowledge and connections within the space to play a pivotal role in the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in developing a comprehensive sales strategy within the Philippines, Korean and Taiwanese markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Casino operators, gaming and licencing authorities across the region
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry regulations to expand the company’s international presence
  • Maintain expert level of knowledge of competitor products and local/national markets through detailed research and analysis
  • Provide expert training to the wider sales, product and marketing teams to drive performance and implement strategies
  • Travel both nationally and internationally to meet & support B2B customer base

About You

  • Experience: 5+ years of executing and implementing sales strategies within the Southeast Asian Gaming and Gambling industries
  • Skills: Leadership, Negotiation, Compliance/Regulatory knowledge, Relationship Building, Market Research
  • Traits: Self-Starter, Leader, Salesperson, Strategist, Collaborator
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
