About the Role
As a Mid-to-Senior Drupal Developer, you will play a key role in the architecture, development, and delivery of web applications built on Drupal 9/10 and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. You’ll work within a scaled Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, accessibility, and performance.

You will be a subject matter expert, contributing not just to code but also to solution design, process improvement, and technology strategy. The successful candidate will bring strong full-stack development skills and be comfortable leading technical discussions, supporting deployments, and maintaining quality standards across the development lifecycle.

About You
You are a passionate and experienced developer who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Your skill set includes:

• 3+ years of enterprise-level Drupal 9/10 development, including site building and architecture
• Strong PHP development skills with frameworks like Symfony and Laravel
• Solid experience with front-end frameworks, particularly React and Vue
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, content modelling, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, PHPUnit, Cypress/Selenium)
• Deep knowledge of API design and integration (e.g., GraphQL, OAuth, Google APIs, Opensearch)
• Web development proficiency in HTML/CSS with a focus on accessibility and performance
• Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms such as CRM, DAM, CDP, DMP
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) and strong coding standards with version control expertise
• Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Availability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support roster
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines
