About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director with demonstrable experience in building relationships within the casino and gaming space to drive company growth and implement a tangible sales strategy within a rapidly growing business. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Product and Marketing teams as well as senior stakeholders to maximise profit and identify new opportunities in the market, utilising your regulatory knowledge and connections within the space to play a pivotal role in the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in developing a comprehensive sales strategy within the US land-based gambling space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Casino operators, tribal gaming and licencing authorities across the country
  • Lead the negotiations of slot machine sales and leasing
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry regulations to expand the company’s national presence
  • Maintain expert level of knowledge of competitor products and local/national markets through detailed research and analysis
  • Provide expert training to the wider sales, product and marketing teams to drive performance and implement strategies
  • Travel extensively between casinos, conferences, trade shows and other industry events

About You

  • Education: Degree background, MBA preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years of executing and implementing sales strategies within the US Gaming and/or Gambling industry
  • Skills: Leadership, Negotiation, Compliance/Regulatory knowledge, Relationship Building, Market Research
  • Traits: Self-Starter, Leader, Salesperson, Strategist, Collaborator
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
