The Role:

  • Handle front-of-house reception duties including calls, emails, and queries.
  • Welcome and assist clients, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage room bookings and ensure smooth room setups.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings.
  • Perform general office administration tasks and maintain office facilities.


  • Availability to work Monday-to-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Present yourself professionally with excellent communication skills.
  • Deliver high-quality service and care to clients.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in professional services is advantageous.
