As a Senior Solution Architect, you’ll take the lead in cloud-native solution design and play a central part in shaping a modern, microservices-driven digital ecosystem built for scale, innovation, and impact

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery-leading architectural decisions and frameworks that support complex, high-availability systems across public and private cloud environments (with a strong focus on Azure). As a key player in the Platform Team, you’ll guide product and delivery teams in adopting best practices for domain-driven design, microservices architecture, and modern software engineering patterns.

What You’ll Do

• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
• Champion microservices, domain-driven design, and reusable service patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Data, QA, Innovation) to align solution architecture with business goals
• Develop architecture blueprints, decision records, and high-level solution designs
• Lead proof-of-concept development and research emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities
• Mentor engineers and support the onboarding of architecture standards across teams
• Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to enterprise standards and governance models
• Support legacy-to-modern transformations, including monolith-to-microservices migrations

What You Bring

• 10+ years in Solution Architecture, including recent experience in a senior leadership or enterprise-level role
• Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native application patterns
• Demonstrated experience implementing microservices and migrating from monolithic systems
• Strong grounding in domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and software design principles
• Proficient with architectural tools and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Background in enterprise application design, ideally within financial services or SaaS environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
