  • Respond to multi-channel enquiries from internal teams, vendors, and the public with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process a wide range of transactions accurately and efficiently using multiple systems and telephony solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues promptly and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating in quality assessments.
  • Meet KPIs and uphold NSW Public Sector values in every interaction.

Background and Skills needed:

  • Experience in customer-centric environments such as contact centres, service centres, or shared services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and build rapport quickly.
