About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Slot Gaming Art Team Lead to take ownership of a highly successful and well-established studio’s art function, managing other members of the art team and overseeing day to day operations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and communicate the studio’s art direction across a portfolio of land-based titles for international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage individual members of the art team and day-to-day art team functions
• Utilise your expertise in Slot Art Design, Illustration and Animation/Technical Art
• Play a crucial role in designing and implementing art features across a portfolio of land-based slot titles
• Collaborate with the studio leadership team and cross-functional teams to ensure studio objectives and targets are met consistently
• Contribute across all aspects of the slot game design process, from concept to completion

About You

To be successful in this Slot Gaming Art Team Lead role you should have:

• Demonstrable experience in managing and leading studio art team functions
• Expertise and professional experience as a Slot Game Artist or Illustrator
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Expert level knowledge of and experience with the Adobe CS suite in addition to other art and graphics tools
