ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented team to provide expertise across a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients, designing, configuring, and implementing solutions to meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in workshops to gather and develop client requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions across relevant modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
• Provide functional and/or technical expertise to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Offer insights into cross-module integrations to enhance overall system effectiveness.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an SAP SuccessFactors Certified Associate with expertise in at least one module. You will have a track record of delivering quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At two SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferably more).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the certified module(s).
• Proven ability to engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver top-tier support.
• Experience meeting project deliverables and working to tight deadlines.
